Resipi: Sambal Daun Kunyit Petai


BAHAN-BAHAN:

9 tangkai cili merah

2 helai daun kunyit

2 papan petai (jangan buang kulit)

1 labu bawang besar

1 keping asam gelugur

3 ulas bawang putih

 

CARA MENYEDIAKAN:

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak, dan tumis kedua jenis bawang hingga kuning.

2. Kemudian masukkan cili kisar, petai, daun kunyit, asam gelugur, garam dan gula.

3. Tumis hingga garing.
