Resipi: Sambal Tempe


BAHAN-BAHAN:

5 keping tempe (potong dadu)

2 biji kentang (potong dadu)

2 paket kecil suhun (rendam)

1 labu bawang besar (hiris)

10 tangkai cili kering (kisar)

2 keping tauhu fucuk

Garam secukup rasa

 

CARA MENYEDIAKAN:

1. Goreng tempe dan kentang hingga masak. Ketepikan.

2. Tumis cili kering dan bawang besar hingga naik bau.

3. Kemudian masukkan tempe dan kentang.

4. Akhir sekali, masukkan suhun, fucuk dan garam secukup rasa. Kacau hingga rata.
