Resipi: Tauhu Jepun Berlada


BAHAN-BAHAN:

2 biji tauhu Jepun

1 labu bawang besar (mayang)

5 tangkai cili merah (kisar kasar)

5 tangkai cili hijau (kisar kasar)

2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit

1 keping asam gelugor

4 sudu besar minyak masak

CARA MENYEDIAKAN:

1. Goreng tauhu Jepun kemudian potong. Ketepikan.

2. Tumis bahan kisar, kemudian masukkan bawang besar dan serbuk kunyit.

3. Masukkan asam gelugor dan garam. Kemudian masukkan tauhu dan gaul rata.
