Apa Nak Buat Bila Anda Di Landa Kemurungan..


Untuk artikel kali ni, saya telah dicabar oleh seorang kawan. Dia mencabar saya untuk menulisnya dalam Bahasa Inggeris.

Saya kata dengan dia, “Dont Make Me Write In English!”.. tapi, dia terus mencabar saya. Pendek kata, ini cabaran hebat buat saya!

Cabaran itu amat menggelegakkan diriku ini. Lalu, inilah artikel yang terhasil.

Put On A Beautiful Piece Of Music, Or Start Singing Out Aloud- That Will Change Your Emotion. Or think of something beautiful. Think of a cute baby or somebody that you truly love, and dwell on it.

Really keep that tought in your mind. Block everything out, except that thought.

I guarantee you will start to feel good. Unbelieveable? Believe it!

Make a list of things that can change your feelings in a snap. It might be a beautiful memories, future events (like your wedding, especially) funy moments, nature, a person you love or your favourite music.

If you find your self angry, frustrated or not feeling good, turn to your list and on one of them. Different things will shift you at different times, so if one doesn’t work, go to the another.

It will only takes a minute or two of changing focus to shift yourself and shift your mind frequency. After that, you will be a happier person.

All that frustration will not make you productive and will ‘destroy’ you. Instead, happines and love, can do that. This is a fact….
